Hi!

Have fun reading the simple tips and advice for you and your partner to use.

Love Quote
"Two souls with but a single thought, two hearts that beat as one." -John Keats

John Keats was one of the key figures of the Romantic Period. During his short life (1795-1821), his work received constant critical attacks from other writers of his day, but his posthumous influence on poets would be immense! The moral of the story?

Even when people are critical of you, keep writing love songs!

Bible Quote
"Follow the way of love." -1 Corinthians 14:1

How simple; yet, how profound! Love is metaphorically seen as a journey. There is a way of love—there is a way to live life pursuing love! The best way to spend your life, is to give it away loving people!

Should You Sacrifice Love for Work?

The following excerpt appeared on CNN’s website, as taken from Careerbuilder.com

On "The Bachelorette," contestant Ed Swiderski told bachelorette Jillian Harris that he wasn't being fair to his employer in Chicago and that he had to leave her and go home.

Jillian made Ed promise that when he did find "the one," he wouldn't choose work over love.

Ed ultimately took her request to heart. A few weeks later, he returned to the show, telling Jillian he realized he didn't want to be without her. She took him back and the pair ended up getting engaged.

Ed was faced with a decision that many workers experience: Go for a shot at love and lose your job -- or stay employed and kiss your love goodbye

The choice between a successful career and love is not always clear cut. Personal goals, current job satisfaction, financial needs and personal beliefs can all play in role in the decision. But, it doesn't have to be as hard as some people make it.

"People keep getting stuck in all-or-nothing thinking. They think it is either work or a relationship, but life is more than both. Workers need to change their thinking to look for alternatives," says Kim Leatherdale, a relationship therapist.

"Although no one worker is irreplaceable, a good relationship can be. People get focused on relationships or work and forget they can have both if they choose to."

Never sacrifice love for work!

A Tip for You to Use

Creative Love Notes!

Try this little romantic exercise: Go and pick up washable markers at the closest stationary store, and use them to leave your partner love notes on the bathroom mirror or on a glass window. You will be amazed how special these love notes can be! ... Especially when your spouse writes you a love note back!

(One word of caution: kids will love using these markers too so put them out of reach if you want to keep your walls clean of marker!)
