We have no medical training to advise you medically about early discharge or ejaculation. What we would suggest, however, is that you begin to pleasure your wife--and keep your own clothes on! Extend foreplay for as long as you can; when your wife has come to an orgasm, then try yourself.

Also remember, you don't have to perform! Whatever happens is OK. The most important thing to focus on is that your wife comes to orgasm, and is happy because of your focus on her pleasure! Extend foreplay, and speak in complimentary and loving ways to your wife during this time. When your goal is to please your wife—and not achieve orgasm or prevent early discharge—then you are taking the psychological pressure off of yourself!
